Anna at the front desk went above and beyond to provide useful information, places to visit, restaurants, and lovely sites to visit in Switzerland. She was so positive, helpful and professional. She greeted us every day with a smile and assisted us in finding An IHG hotel in Zurich so that we could stay another day in the country. She deserves high praise

~The location is very convenient. ~Staff are friendly. ~Free entrance at Bernaqua was really amazing and fun for the kids. ~Access to the mall and Bernaqua as well as gas station also next to it. ~Free transportation to the city. And next to train station. ~Breakfast is nice. Must get. ~Aircon is good. ~Bed is comfortable.

View from the 8th floor: wide and nature view. Friendliness of reception staff. Proximity to Bernaqua and the discount (5chf kids and 10chf adults= worth it) Foodcourt around the corner. Wooden floors in hotel room. Parking fee was ok. Parking in mall in designated hotel Area.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom was impeccable; everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible location – being just steps away from the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and well-situated stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Every one at the reception desk, at the restaurant, and the room attendants were very nice and helped us with any request we had. Facilities Very clean. Amazing waterpark . Beautiful views. Thank you!

The location was excellent. Next door to the train station where travel into Bern was free. Next to the shopping Mall where a good supermarket meant we could pick up supplies etc.

Wow, I just got back from the most awesome hotel stay! Seriously, the front desk staff were total rockstars, so friendly and always willing to help out. The spa was also fantastic, a total treat! I'd definitely go back there anytime. My stay was really great! The food and the wine was amazing

The location, the shower, the linens, the spa, the staff and the breakfast were all exceptional. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when needed. One of the pictures I posted is the view from our room. It was quiet and serene yet right in the center of where we needed to be with a train station right there.

Perfect location - right in front of the railway station and in a large trading center. And of course, the right to use Bernaqua for 3 hours per night is a wonderful bonus. Good breakfast @CHF25

The location was fantastic, the food was exceptional, breakfast especially. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The place was super clean, to an incredibly high spec, in all areas. Could not fault this place, would highly recommend.
